Devoted Father, Ryan Alvarez, Will Be Dearly Missed

Ryan B. Alvarez, a devoted father and life-long resident of Tampa, FL, died suddenly on December 23, 2017 at the age of 36 following a tragic motorcycle accident.

Ryan is survived by his parents; his wife, Erika (Linares) Alvarez; his children, Caleb and Olivia Alvarez; his siblings, Amber Rodriguez, Breanne Vazquez, and Cory Alvarez; his grandmother, Jean Pierce; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his grandfather, Jim Pierce.

Ryan was born in Tampa on March 10, 1981 to Shanri Nolan and Ruben Alvarez. Ryan grew up as a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
He worked in the transportation business and, for many years, ran a drive service that transported rental cars around the state. His two beautiful children were the most important part of his life.

Ryan was a devoted family man. He enjoyed restoring classic cars, dirt biking, going to the park, but most of all he enjoyed supporting his kids in all their endeavours.

He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

A funeral service is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Wednesday,
January 3, 2018 at the Tampa First Adventist Church.

Pastor Brad will officiate. Flowers and condolences may be offered at 822 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. Donations will be accepted to cover grief support for his two young children: youcaring.com/4Caleb4Olivia

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
