So What I'm Still A Rock StarTammy S. Fox, 53, of Summerland Key, Florida (formally of Northampton, PA) passed away on September 6th, 2017. Tammy, known for her beautiful smile and contagious laugh, was a devoted mother, wife, teacher, and friend. Tammy proudly held a Science and Physical Education teaching position at Key West High School. Prior to that, she pursued her passion for teaching and coaching at Northampton High School and North Warren Regional High School. With her positive attitude and constant determination Tammy achieved her dreams and lived each day to the fullest. Tammy loved her “slice of paradise” in the Florida Keys where she could fish, paddleboard, snorkel, and simply enjoy the environment with her beloved family and friends. However Tammy’s greatest passion in life were and will remain her two children and first granddaughter. Tammy’s memories, guidance, and zest for life will forever be with her loved ones.
Tammy will always be loved by:
Husband, Richard Fox Sr.; son, Jaden; daughter and son-in-law, Taryn and Sid Gergar; granddaughter, Bexley; mother, Judy Wagner; sister and family, Cheryl, Dave, and Tanner Yob; three step-sons, Rich, Sean and Justin. Tammy was predeceased by her father, Roy Wagner.
Visitation will be held on October 1st from 1:00-2:30 p.m. at Triboro Sportsmen Club located at 21st and Canal Street Northampton, PA 18067. A service and Celebration of Life will follow from 2:30-5:30 for close friends and family at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to Mote Marine Laboratories for coral reef restoration using https://mote.org/support/donate. Donations to the family are also welcome to create a trust fund for Tammy’s son Jaden for college.
